We offer a wide range of impeder casing sizes and materials. We have a solution for every HF welding application.

Silglass casing tube and exoxy glass casing tube are available at option .

1)Silicone glass casing tube is an in-organic material and does not contain carbon, the benefit of this is that it is more resistant to burning and will not undergo any significant chemical change even at temperatures approaching 325C/620F.
 It also maintains its white, reflective surface even at very high temperatures so will absorb less radiant heat. These unique characteristics make it ideal for return flow impeders.
 Standard lengths are 1200mm but we can also supply these tubes cut to length to suit your exact requirement.

2)Epoxy glass material offers an excellent combination of mechanical durability and relatively low cost.
 We offer epoxy tubes in a wide range of diameters to suit virtually any impeder application.
 Standard lengths are 1000mm but we can also supply these tubes cut to length to suit your exact requirement
