Heat treatment hardness: HRC58-62.
Keyway is made by wire cut.
Pass accuracy is ensured by NC machining.
Roll surface is polished.
Squeeze roll Material: H13.
Heat treatment hardness: HRC50-53.

Once complete new roller can manufacture about 16000--18000ton tube ,the rollers can be ground for 3-5times, the roller after grinding can manufacture additional 8000-10000 ton tube.
The total tube throughput manufactured by one complete roller set: 68000 ton
